Communication sucks!

Very disappointed with communication NO RESPONSE to my emails for days and no clear way to contact maxair other than email. When I finally found a phone number and left a number of messages. They contacted me aand resolved the problem. Service from that point was good and the product worked well. Because of the initial frustration I probably would not order from maxair again.
