Great Bag, even better Customer Care!!!

I've bought several Loma and Loma XL bags for myself, family and friends! I had upgraded to the Loma XL S-Class and it's a beautiful bag. I recently had an issue where the plastic slider that extends and retracts the legs had broken, rendering the legs useless. Could have been something I did, not 100% sure. The customer care rep, Camden, thoroughly vetted my situation and did his very best to take care it. In the end I was taken care of and the communication was wonderful. Sunday Golf stands behind their product quality and reps like Camden make it a pleasurable experience!
