Beautiful piece but came with imperfections and malfunction ?

It is a beautiful piece however i received one with cracks all over the ceramic you cannot see it from afar but it is visible when you take a close look. The other thing is that it seems that my lighter does not work. When i push the button there is no flame. A bit disappointed...
