Bala Bangles - Blush

Yeah they do what they need to do to be fair. A little uncomfortable the Velcro design but overall seeing results already after only a few weeks!

I bought these to add a little resistance to my upper and lower body workouts. I prefer them for my ankles as I find them a little uncomfortable on my wrist bones. They are doing the trick though as both my arms and legs are looking more toned and feeling stronger. They're pricey but I would still recommend them!
