Make It Special White Crochet Puff Sleeve Mini Dress

The dress is adorable, romantic, and comfortable. However, I followed the washing Instructions as listed on the tag and the dress shrunk 2 sizes even though I hand washed it and hung it to dry. This is so very disappointing because I only wore it once and now I can’t wear it ever again because it’s now too small and too short.
