The heels are great!! Unfortunately, I ordered with a tight deadline, as I wanted them for my graduation. I tried to reach out to find confirmation of the order, as well as to discover if they would be finished in time. I send a Facebook message, emailed twice, and finally called. I heard no responses from any form of contact until I called, but the woman seemed very frustrated that I was reaching out, and stated that she already had the note about the date written down. I think this is a great company, and I respect the time it takes to process such a large number of orders, I just wish I would have been shown more respect, or at least a response on my first three points of contact. The shoes are great and worked perfectly for my graduation. They’re comfortable and sustainable for an entire day!
