The actual chair is a 10 - my experience with the Company was a 2. I would recommend the chair over and over - I would suggest you look at another distributor - you have to order online anyway - the chair turned out to be awkward for one person to set up - but not impossible; so ordering it online from someone else would not be any more hassle.

Quality chair

This a a great, quality piece of furniture. The sales team were helpful, it was delivered in a timely manner and was very easy to assemble. I would have given it full five stars if there were adjustment levels on the air massage. Otherwise love it!
