I absolutely love how the chill now almost immediately works. I have low anxiety and sometimes racing worries going on all the time. I can take 1 capsule of chill now and get almost immediate relief. It just takes the edge off. I don't take more than 1 during the day because they do tend to make you sleepy. However, it's so nice to take 2 at night when the worries take over!
