This is the most customer-friendly company I have had the pleasure of working with. My bridle is a Solo Flex horse-sized, but I needed a cob cavesson nose band. However, the noseband and the brow band were too big, so the company sent me, at their expense, a pony-sized cavesson and a cob brow band. Now it is perfect. I doubt any other bridle company would have made these custom adjustments.
