Marvelous, soft and comfy pants! But what really stood out for me was the customer service. I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong size, which i guess was apparent when the size if the pants was initially so far off from the size of the top. These folks emailed me to check if i truly wanted an xxl top with xxs pants! Of course i didnt but the xxl pants were sold out in the petite length. Because they didn’t have the specs my 5’2” self needs they offered to refund me the cost of the hemming rather than lose a customer! I havent had anyone go that far for my business in forever. Totally worth it, Soleya! If these wear as well as they feel now, youve got a customer ‘til the wheels fall off!
