Advanced B Complex Ultra

Since I don't eat meat, I compensate by taking vitamin B supplements. This particular supplement covers a wide range of vitamin B's and has helps me a lot. I feel great. I didn't take it for a while and opted for the 1000mcg of B12 vitamin. However, this was too much and didn't cover the whole range of the B vitamins. I love this B complex and recommend it highly!
