My husband's shaver stopped holding a charge. I contacted freebird and theu 1st sent out a new cord, free of charge, to see if that solved the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't. I contacted them again and they placed an order for a new shaver to be delivered for my husband, free of charge! What EXCELLENT customer service! My husband is excited to be able to use his freebird again once it's delivered! Thanks freebird!
