This supplement isn’t quite a multivitamin but a decent blend of amino acids and a handful of vitamins. It isn’t cheap, and even the company recommends you use their multivitamin concurrently, so why bother with it? Well, when I take it, I do notice feeling somewhat relaxed within the hour, so maybe it is helping my stressed body and mind….

Just started taking. Working well so far.

A few days ago I began taking it along with EMPower Plus. Currently I am taking 3 capsules per day. So far I believe it is working well.

Finally actual Sleep support!
