6'2 ~210lbs. True to size (lg) Havent had a chance to use it at work yet but the quality is solid, not sure about the temp as it seems a little like a sweat suit in my room but out on a cold rainy day it should be a good thing, material is great, reflectors are good, good pockets, good size, very happy so far pending actual work use.
