Deck-Boss 15" Fishing Boot

I am a commercial Waterman, and I got a leak in my boots after a week.

After 1 year of use as a Sternman Pros: great grip even on covers and gas caps and on a wet and fish oily deck, they don’t weigh very much but are warm enough for winter months. Cons: uncomfortable as can be without inserts my feet hurt pretty bad before I got some dr schols, durability is an issue the grips on the bottom of the boots have all fallen off the heels fell off after about 6 months. The deck is old and not super abrasive they should not have been this frail the glue holding the grip inserts in are weak and the boots became a slippery hazard very quickly. The boot bands are also virtually useless never used them even in pretty extreme weather.
