WONDERFUL JOB PLANTING OUR TREE

We had an unexpected snow storm on the day our tree was to be planted. The roads were terrible with many accidents. The team member contacted us and we arranged a time the following day to keep him off of the very slick roads. He showed up on time and got the tree planted in no time. We discussed watering since the temperatures had dropped below freezing and were to stay that way until the following day. He advised we hold watering until the temperatures came up so as not to freeze the root ball. We are very happy with the tree, the communication from Bower and Branch. The tree appears healthy, though it has no leaves due to the time of year.

The delivery and planting were professionally done. Happy so far.

Disappointed in timing

Although the person that planted my tree did a great job, I was very disappointed in the timing. I ordered my tree in November of 2023 expecting a planting in April or May of 2024. It wasn't planted until June 19th, on one of the hottest days of the summer, 95+ degrees. This caused great stress to my new tree!
