I started getting a subscription of this and it’s life changing. My teeth are whiter, healthier gums, teeth feel less sensitive. I also love the tongue scraper that come in every kit. Highly recommend!!!

I tried to do oil pulling but it wasn’t tasty. This one has a minty taste to it though it’s oil not bad at all.
