I’m happy with the actual mount, but Trak Racer needs to improve the 'out-of-box' experience. Shipping older-version T-nuts with a Gen 2 part is confusing, and the lack of instructions meant I had to go hunting for resources myself. Consistency is key when customers are dropping significant money on a rig build; you expect the hardware and the documentation to match the premium price point.
