Bought 2 pairs and loose stitching on one of them

I bought a green and black of the 5005's and they're extremely comfortable and look great. The green pair had loose stitching in the right hand pocket inside, and on the inside of the right pant leg. I had to get the pocket sewn up before even wearing them for 10 minutes which is a bit of let down.The black pair were totally fine, and now that I've sewn the others they're great as well!
