I started having noticeable changes after week 4-5 of taking these, but past month 2 and 3, I'm more and more comfortable. My chronic BV and yeast issues have considerably improved, as has my baseline dryness (from an autoimmune-induced massive infection, years ago). My smell has improved, my vulvar tissue is less prone to tearing... I finally have found the probiotics that work for me!
