The outcome of our order was excellent! Although there were some minor delays during the design process, everything turned out amazing in the end. My manager really liked the banner design, and the materials look sturdy (hopefully). Great job, team!

Terrible experience. Horrible customer service.

I have ordered from this company several times. I had no issues however this last time was a horrible experience. I was ordering items to Canada and thought they were fabricating in Canada. Not just shipping to Canada. The customs clearance paperwork was not filled out correctly by backdrop source so it would not get through. Backdrop Source did little to nothing to help me. I had to keep calling and calling. They rarely would get on the phone and never would call me back. They continuously were giving me false information and telling lies about what Dhl was saying. And I know this because I would call and get different info. They tried to make it my problem many times instead of fixing the situation. Our products still have not been delivered. And I’m still attempting to get a refund. I ordered tens of thousands of dollars of banner per year. I’ll never use this company again. Extremely unprofessional in the way they handled this issue. I am furious.
