The Doggy Fountain™

Love the product, i’ve purchased 3 recently. The customer service is a different story. They guarantee return for one year, ive been waiting for instructions on how to return for 2 weeks. Disappointed

I made a mistake in ordering and received the plug-in one though i needed the cordless one. I immediately set out to reach out for a return using the email they gave, but there was no response. Though the fountain is beautiful i was very disappointed with the customer support. I did hear from them five days later through paypal but not the email given. I was able to.purchase a similar cordless one for much less from Amazon. Beware!

My doggie luv the fountain & so do I. Once a week I clean the bowl & dony need to refill it everyday. Easy & convient. Plus the filters work like magic . Thanks
