I really like the quality and look of it, but unfortunately one of the zippers on the sleeve broke off pretty easily and the smallest size on me at 5’2 is too long in the back

Size

The quality was perfectly fine. However I ordered the size it recommended me and it was way too long. I’m unable to return it so I hope to alter it somehow.
