They got here quick enough. It took a bit of time, but it's okay. They look awesome. Feel awesome and really comfortable. I love the design. They have for tightening and loosening the shoe to fit my foot. I would not call this a complaint at all. It's just the material Or design of the inside sole of the shoe where your foot would be is rigid. It's a little weird, but I think that's meant to be there for a therapeutic's sake. Perhaps just unusual is all, but otherwise it's still nice. Would recommend
