Diablo™ Auto Glass Cut Out Tool

Very Weak Tool and was given poor advice when I inquired about purchasing.

I used the 28v extractor for years, Wanted to upgrade because my batteries won't stay in the Extractor anymore and they also don't hold a charge well anymore. I called and asked how powerful this thing could be compared to my older tech 28v extractor. I was told it should be every bit as powerful. WRONG!!! I still have to carry around my 28v extractor. This tool is good for some tailgate R&I'd because it is easier to hold with 1 hand while I am using the other hand to hold the tailgate from falling off a stand. I've had the tool for less than 3 years and it wore out and I don't even use it every day. I bought a bare tool FUEL hackzall and switched out the drive gears from the non-fuel diablo into the fuel hackzall and it's definitely way better than the non-fuel diablo ever was. Why is this company even modifying a non fuel tool? They should use based this tool off the fuel to begin with. Good idea with this tool but horrible way of executing on a weak tool..
