ANTIDOTE chocolate: ALETHEIA: GINGER + LIME 77%

Better than ever!

I normally like my chocolate pure (that is “unflavored” with other ingredients), but I make an exception for Antidote. The ginger bars have always been my favorite, and I’d been waiting for them to reappear after the local store here sold out many months ago. Just got my order of the new iteration (with lime) and they are so fresh and completely delicious! Wish I’d ordered more!

The first bite had me wondering.

The first bite had me wrinkling my nose but the 2nd taste (I have 1 small piece a day) changed my mind. Now I am a fan.

Yum!

Very clean, dark chocolate, with the hint of ginger. The ginger pieces do not overwhelm the taste of the chocolate. I would recommend this to anyone who loves a yummy bite of good quality dark chocolate....just sweet enough for me....It's a treat!
