Review Update - Dull out of the box

I couldn't update my previous review, so I'm creating this as an update. Once customer support at Iron Will was made aware of the condition of my original knife, they took immediate steps to make it right. Within a week, I had a replacement blade that was extremely sharp and ready to work. In business, we will all face challenges and unexpected events. The measure of a good company is how well the team works through the issue. I was highly impressed with Jon's swift response and action!
