Not your average store bought cookies! !

Found these cookies by accident while visiting Seattle. I initially bought them for the great tin, but the cookies were a total revelation! Since then I’ve bought more on every trip back, and now I’m ordering them online too. They are addictive -wonderful flavors and textures. They aren’t too sweet which is also great. Our fave is the chocolate chipotle, which pairs beautifully with the red wine you are still drinking at the end of a dinner party. I buy them for myself but also keep them on hand for hostess gifts. We get so many compliments on them!

The tins are great. The cookies are good enough.
