Now what was expected

My daughter is between a 1 and a 3 and in this dress more like a 00. The slit on the side ran all the way to her hip bone. The hook and eye had already come undone when we received it. And since we were out of options we ended up having to modify the dress to make it fit and not show her entire leg and some in them. This was way too much money for something that did not fit and was falling apart.
