Good Steak , but Wish There Were Leaner Options

I ordered both the Wagyu A5 and the standard Wagyu steak to see the difference, as the photos on the website didn't make it clear (-1 point). Overall, the flavor is great (+1 point) and the value for money is exceptional compared to other places. (+2 point) However, as someone who prefers leaner meat, the A5 was a bit too fatty for my personal taste, it felt like around 50% fat. I’m no Wagyu expert, but I’d love to see an option for leaner cuts or clearer details on marbling levels on the menu. (-1 point)

Great quality Wagyu beef, i love it
