I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Kynah, especially with the incredible Shrinal Parekh as my store manager! I purchased my wedding reception lehenga from Kynah, and from the very beginning, Shrinal went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. She took the time to understand all my specific needs and design preferences, and helped customize every intricate detail with so much care and attention. We had multiple video calls throughout the process to ensure I was 100% happy with each step, and she made what could’ve been a stressful process feel completely seamless and enjoyable. The lehenga turned out to be exactly what I had envisioned — elegant, beautifully crafted, and a true reflection of me. Everything was done so timely, and the entire process felt smooth and personal. I did my wedding reception outfit shopping at Kynah at their Santa Monica boutique and had such an incredible experience. It’s the complete opposite of the pushy, haggle-heavy bartering that goes on in India/typical Indian center stores. They had fantastic in store selection and all the Seema Gujral outfits were so customizable. I ended up customizing to a rose gold tone. The measurement process was incredibly detailed but pretty easy to do at home. The team did a followup Zoom meeting with me to double check the measurements which just speaks to their customer service. Every part of the process was documented and once I approved the pictures of the dress in India, it was shipped to me in less than a week! This particular Sadika design is truly the most exquisite dress I’ve ever worn. Such attention to detail and incredible embroidery. Needless to say I wholeheartedly recommend Kynah and will definitely be shopping there for future events!
