The camera shipped promptly. The directions were limited and incomplete, but the online technician was helpful and got me going with phone call help. We are pleased with this item. The wifi and solar work great. I am concerned with the temperature limit at the low end for our Canadian winters, but we’ll see.

I've set up this unit at home on a temporary basis as it's being installed at my cottage once the weather cooperates. I was a bit disappointed once I got the unit when i realized it couldn't pair it with my laptop. I would have found it more practical given I have a security camera already installed and paired with my the laptop but I'm managing with the phone. As for picture quality; it's much better than my current camera the night feature is a great feature. I particularly like the colour light mode. However the unit doesn't pick up sounds as well as expected. On playback one has to turn the phone volume to the max to better listen to the activity. The three PIR settings is a useful feature. It helps adjusting to the level of motion detection. The infrared lights aren't as bright as I'd like them to be. In terms of the SD card, it was a challenge formatting it for the camera. I needed technical help to get it paired with the unit. The recent ice storm proved challenging for the camera's operation. Although extreme as it was I could not command the camera to move in either direction due to ice buildup. I would certainly recommend this camera.
