I really love the aura of this fragrance! It reminds me of an esoteric store. It's subtle but present at the same time. I would say it is quite addictive. It has a sweet powdered floral scent at the end that is quite captivating. I don't usually gravitate towards floral notes, but this is an exception.

Lifetimes of searching

I have been searching many lifetimes to find this scent. I fell in love after my first sniff. I wear this scent everyday (multiple times a day) as a body spray or perfume and in my body butter. I can't do one day without smelling like Woodstock. Thank you for this scent, I really can't say thank you enough.

A rich, dark, alluring woody aroma

I don't know what the original smells like but this is a captivating and seductive woody fragrance. I do wish it was a bit stronger but, as it is, it will do well for what I purchased it for - perfume-making. To my nose, it is a dark floral/woody/earthy and slightly smokey fragrance. My nose mostly picks up on the Violet Leaf, Patchouli, Balkan Tobacco, Incense, and Virginian Cedar notes. It's a sexy winter scent for evening outings and date nights, and perfectly unisex, IMHO.
