My 2nd Matelasse coverlet

I originally purchased my first coverlet a decade ago. Because I downsized when i purchased my new home, I gifted the original coverlet to my daughter. I also downsized sleeping styles. I love the weight and airiness of these coverlets. Just right for warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer. Thank you

Lighter than expected

Keeping it but it’s much lighter than expected. I read the specifics and it is the same material as my diamond patterned one but it is not as thick feeling. Maybe after a few more washes it will feel more weighted.

It is great in every way. It looks great in the room and feels good besides looking good.
