Since the R1T tailgate doesn’t have a handle, you’ve got to push on the tailgate to close it. If you use your truck for truck stuff, and get your hands dirty, you’ll scratch it sooner or later. The ppf solves this problem. It’s perfectly sized for the upper painted section of the tailgate, goes on easy, and is forgiving to work with. Worth every penny. I’m very pleased.

A little difficult to make it attach without any bubbles, but it's nearly invisible and gives a bit of protection to the rear of the truck. Highly recommend TWRAPS.
