Luna Salon Chair

Missing pieces.

The overall item was lovely. However it was missing some hardware to be able to build that i had to purchase separately. Other than that the color is great and style is as pictured

Not good

First of all the chair didn’t come with a ton of instructions you login and there’s a video that doesn’t show much more of anything and this chair along with the lady I work with that’s had the chair for a few years pumps up instead of pumping down like 99.9% of other Salon chairs so I’ve called the company to see if there is a switch or something on there so I can pump down to raise and lower my client in the chair. If there’s not, then this seems like a manufacturer defect.

Love this brand! So excited to complete my salon with their amazing furniture!
