The liner's handles are what get the loaf out of this set. You lift straight up, so the box needs neither removable sides nor holes in its base.
The liner's lip folds over the top edge of the wood, so batter that runs over the side lands on silicone and the box stays clean between batches. No lid comes with this set.

This is a fantastic mold! The handles are so helpful for getting the liner out of the wood, and the way the silicone covers the top of the wood means that cleaning up spills is easier than ever!
