I have been using the face mask for about a month now. It’s very comfortable to use. A slight heavy though,but easy to use. I just wish it would have come with directions and some kind of warranty papers. I had to call them to request the information. It seems like they could easily put the paperwork and warranty info in the product box rather than have to call and request it.

Capillus Face Mask isn't working

Unfortunately, the mask does not turn on when the power button is pressed. The button itself doesn't have any "give" or response. It's charged to green, but not working. Waiting on response from company to solve problem.

I bought a face mask for myself and my daughter and we both are starting to see a difference. My husband uses it also. I do enjoy the customer service that Capilus provides.
