Great bag, bad zippers

I want to love this bag, but I'm already on my second one. I bought the first in January and very quickly the stitching came out of the top zipper. Customer service was so helpful and replaced the bag, however the zipper that runs along the outside of the bag has already split. I bought this as an everyday bag, but I don't find it durable enough. I am not overly hard on my bags either.

Not as great as I expected.

I’ve been wanting this bag for a while, a vegan leather crossbody just big enough to fit the essentials without getting too heavy. While it does the job and looks great I do find the strap uncomfortable, I’ve switched it around, shortened it, lengthen it, not sure why but I can’t get it right. Also, the zipper is sticky/crooked. I messaged customer service but did not get a response yet.

Love the Bag, Not the Customer Service

I purchased this bag as a birthday gift for myself. Less than a week later the bag went on sale for more than $50 off. I emailed customer service to see if they would adjust my purchase to the sale price. It took more than a week to get an answer and they said no. A gift card for the difference would have been a great solution and I would have purchased something else from the sale. Instead, I will not purchase again.
