I’m disappointed with both the product and the overall resolution process. The item runs extremely small and is not comfortable, so it does not meet my needs. I initially requested a refund, but the representative who assisted me was helping process a replacement instead. I appreciated their support, and the experience started off well. However, my request was ultimately denied, and now I’m unable to return a product that doesn’t work for me. This has been a long and frustrating process for what should have been a straightforward issue. I would appreciate your help in reviewing my case and providing a fair resolution, ideally allowing a return or refund.

It's beautiful and lightweight! I wear it 24/7. It does not snag the hair at the back of my neck. It doesn't bother me when I do HIIT workouts and burpees. I love it!

Necklace is very yellow and much different than pictured online. I might not have purchased this necklace if the photos were an accurate depiction of the actual item.
