This review centers around the abysmal customer support, lack of following through on emails within the time frame the company advertises. The company has no dedicated phone contact option for support. I waited a week after repeated emails asking for support and suggestions for transition of a reluctant pet/dog to use their fountain. My last email requesting a return authorization has not received any response after at least a week’s time. This seems to be a common complaint listed in other reviews. Another reviewer mentioned being directed to return the fountain to a China based address rather than a US address where the shipment came from. I do not recommend this product for this reason primarily although I have other concerns about the filtering process leaving pet hair in the water reservoir and bugs being attracted inside from a light inside the fountain.

I did not sign up for this subscription. Bad enough that I was sent 2 water bowls (I ordered 1) but I also received 2 subscriptions and I had not even ordered one!!! I feel like I have been scammed since I ordered a year’s worth of supplies when I ordered my 1 fountain. As if this isn’t bad enough, my dog will not use the water fountain.

Purchase was great.. delivery was lengthy.. my 11 year old yorkie refuses to drink from the fountain tho. The top try and reservoir did get gunky much faster than I’d presumed. Very well could be user error. I love the concept, but not certain it’s going to work for our furry fella.
