The pants too small for this bottle and the same for the moss

I bought this bottle several times and this one came with too small ficus and not enough moss to cover all the base! I ordered with regular cork and they sent it with light… I fix it myself and It would have been a good customer servive if you had answered my comments even if I have fix the problem muself
