Unsatisfied with t-shirt size and lack of customer service
I love this logo and I like the hat that I got although the material is clearly pretty cheap but that’s okay. However the “medium” t-shirt I bought is absolutely too small it’s almost laughable. But regardless the policy clearly states that return within 14 days is acceptable. I emailed on Jan. 26 (12 days after I received it) asking for a refund and that I’d be sending it in. No response. Then I wrote again next day expressing frustration in having to pay the $5.16 postage for a shirt that was completely ill fitting and that I wish I’d just never bought. No response. Not trying to be a Karen and I know that I am but this is just mad annoying. I would love a full refund including the postage 😂. Again, amazing NYC logo! Better quality would be better tho.
