VISUSCAM™ 4K

Very disappointing. I've been unable to connect the camera to either of our phones even though the APP see's the camera connected. The instructions are poor, the available help is worse. We've checked all the APP permissions and all seems correct. How do I return the junk and get my money back?

A bit disappointed, it took a long time to arrive and considering the price was the wrong colour...I will now find out the quality of the camera and how long the battery lasts.

I like the camera's light weight and the magnetic holder. The recoding is good and audio sounds good to me. My 2 dislikes are battery related. 1. The battery doesn't seem to last long, but i got to try lowering the resolution to see if that helps the battery last longer. 2. I can't find a way to see how much battery is left.
