VISUSCAM™ 4K

So far this thing has been amazing. I just received it a week ago. I got pulled over on my motorcycle and had it on. I asked the officer why he was pulling me over and he lied. he changed his tune really quick when I pointed to the camera on my chest, and he saw the blue light. I didn’t buy it for that reason, but thank God I had it on that day. The video was clear with near perfect audio as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone on a motorcycle.

I didn’t realise that this was coming from the USA to the UK, making returns difficult, as I would return it. It is not the 4K camera you expect. It is pixelated and details in video are poor, even it bright light. It could just about be used as a dash cam but I wouldnt rely on the paused frame for person/licence plate details. Other than that, I cannot see the purpose of it, as it is not good enough for content videos.

Very disappointing. I've been unable to connect the camera to either of our phones even though the APP see's the camera connected. The instructions are poor, the available help is worse. We've checked all the APP permissions and all seems correct. How do I return the junk and get my money back?
