Great customer service!

There was a mix up with my first order. As soon as I contacted the company, they sent a new plant! I didn't even know they were replacing it yet, I received an invoice for $0! The replacement arrived today beautiful, healthy and perfect! Their packaging is the best, it's winter, I live in Wyoming and my hoya is in perfect shape! I should have taken pictures of the packaging, but I was too excited to warm her up and get her under a grow light ASAP. Thank you Verdant Life, I will be ordering again!
