Ambrosia Maple Guitar Neck Blanks

A couple of small worm holes. Other than that I’m pretty happy with the Ambrosia maple.

I have no experience using "ambrosia" maple for a neck. Ambrosia features marking due to beetle interaction (not Ringo or Paul...the insect). Although discoloration occurs the structural integrity is unaffected which means "expect the same as any other maple". Since maple is one of the most common neck materials (especially on Fender style bolt-on necks) no problems are expected. Maple is heavy so, if you plan on using "ambrosia" maple to make a body, consider chambering to achieve weight reduction.
