The bike is exactly the way I wanted it to be. I like that I was able to control the pas with 9 settings . That way starting out petaling you are able to control the start off power . The throttle follow setting also controls the amount of power in the same way as pas. The biggest thing I amazed with is the amount of range the bike has . I road 3 hours on all terrain and traveled 20 miles with both petal assist and throttle and used 12% battery . It will also rapidly accelerate up the steepest hills I have in my area . Can’t believe the power the scout has . It is high quality , easy to work on and is built like a tank. I would recommend this bike to anyone. Very pleased customer !

From order date to delivery to my doorstep was 8 days. I was pretty impressed with how soon it arrived & the condition of the box it came in was excellent!
Once I unboxed & assembled it everything was in excellent condition with one small exception...the seat post clamp was missing the bushing between the lever & clamp...which made it hard to clamp the seat post tight.
I contacted customer service, sent a few photos & I had a new seat post clamp assembly at my door in a few days.
Excellent customer service, in my opinion, so far.
This is my first Wired & 72v bike...It has exceeded my expections in every way.
Such a blast to ride with no shortage of power or torque!

Everything was fine but the rear fender rubbed on the tire. The problem was the rivet that attached the rear light was in the way of adjusting the fender any higher to stop the rubbing. I took my needle file set out and filled the rivet down a bit and the problem was solved. No big deal really but if you don’t have a needle file set you would have to buy one.
