This is a great handle replacement after mine broke. Having a metal handle instead of the OEM plastic handle is so much better on my 2006 Tundra. I can't say anything about the back up camera as it's not hooked up yet. The one slight issue is that the U-clamp for the lock cylinder was too large and didn't hold my lock cylinder in place. I fixed this by just using my existing u-clamp on my broken handle.
