Something Blue Diaper Covers

Love these!! They fit my chunky leg baby well :)

I LOVE these COVERS-much more than the pocket type. I snap Nora’s nursery liners (I like their viscose prefolds best) in & lay a fleece “stay dry” liner over the top (over top of the “flaps” that hold the liner in too). The double gussets are AMAZING (the pocket type does not have the double gussets). These are WAY easier to “stuff” than the pocket type too. These diapers are luxurious! I love putting them on my baby knowing he’s wearing such a NICE & Comfortable diaper. [Disposable diapers are for the birds! What a waste of money & im not even much of a “don’t add to the landfill” person, but wow, can’t imagine all the extra trash and stink! Also, I had to put my baby in disposables for ONE day, and he got a weird rash Immediately!!!! Made me really believe everything you hear about there being harmful stuff in disposables.] these noras nursery cloth diapers wash so easily. I haven’t had one leak or blowout. I will recommend Nora’s Nursery to everyone forever!

I really wish I hadn’t spent so much on this company! Looking back I feel like complete cloth diapers or pocket/hybrid diapers from a different company would be the way to go. For my son, I didn’t like the fit of the diapers. I experimented with the buttons but they were either leaking or too tight- causing pressure marks on his back/legs (he is chunky). I also doubt they’ll work up to 35lbs but I’m keeping them to see. I bought the hybrid diapers in the hopes of using less covers than with pocket diapers. This didn’t work for me because the diaper usually got wet when the insert did. I would have been better off to just get the pocket diapers and skip the extra work of having to get the insert right. I also think he’s so active, the inserts move as he moves. Not to mention, after barely using the inserts there’s already a slight rough feel to them.
